Physical Ed., Adapted Physical Ed.,and Health
The goal of Physical Education is to provide an opportunity for students to participate in team and individual activities.  Units that are covered during the course of the school year include:  Softball, Soccer, Bowling, Football, Badminton, Volleyball, Floor Hockey,and Basketball. 

Students are taught skills, strategies and rules for each unit/activities. Students are required in different units to demonstrate individual skills, game strategies and take written tests. Students also work daily to improve strength, fitness, endurance and flexibility and are tested in each area at the end of each quarter.

The goal of Adapted Physical Education is to mirror the Physcial Education program with additional activities such as Golf, Table Tennis, Shuffle Board, and Four Square.

The goal of the Health program is to provide information on topics such as: Mental/Emotional Health, Tobacco, Alcohol&other Drugs, Intentional and Unintentional Injuries, Body Systems, and Human Sexuality.  These topics are covered using various methods such as: Guest Speakers, Research Projets, Daily Work, Written Tests, and Journals.
